Please see individual session times listed in the timetable. Please note that some restrictions apply due to schools, lessons, clubs or specialist sessions.

New Circuit Training class

Monday 5.45pm to 6.45pm

For customers with above average fitness levels who are wanting to increase endurance through running and body weight exercises.


Get Personal classes

Monday Cardio Blast 7pm to 7.30pm
Tuesday Kettlebells 6pm -6.30pm
Tuesday HITT Class 6.30 – 7pm
Friday (New Class) 5.30 -6.00pm
Ultimate intensity workouts, catering for all abilities.

  

Squash and Racketball

Three new courts recently refurbished. Interested in joining a squash league – contact the centre for more information.


Junior Squash and Racketball

coaching available on Mondays 3.45pm to 4.30pm – contact the centre for more details.

 

Aqua Zumba

New Aqua Zumba class starts on

Tuesday 13th March 11.15 to 12.00

Dance workout in the pool.

 

H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)

Tuesday 6.30 to 7.00pm

All fitness levels catered for.

Full workout to compliment your normal training sessions.
