Opened in October 2005, this brand new, modern facility has a 25m deck level swimming pool and offers a variety of activities to suit all ages and abilities.    

Please note that admission to the public is not available during school swimming lessons. Early bird sessions & lunchtime public swimming are available (see Swimming Pool Timetable for the times and sessions).

The facility includes:-    

• A 25m x 8m deck level swimming pool. The pool has integrated gradient steps which make the pool particularly suitable for disabled swimmers. A hoist is also available for people who have difficulty getting in and out of the water.
• The water temperature is a constant 29.5 degrees and is ideal for children learning to swim. 
• The refreshment area positioned next to the pool is ideal for watching those having fun in the pool. Snacks and drinks are available from the vending facilities. 
• Disabled parking.
