Bookings can be made either seasonally or on a pay and play basis. Contact the Playing Fields Officer, Monday to Friday during office hours for an application form - see 'Contact Playing Fields'.

Seasonal bookings for football, rugby and hockey are taken between May and July each year. Casual bookings are taken any time throughout the season (September to April).

Seasonal bookings for cricket are taken between February and April each year. Casual bookings are taken at anytime throughout the season (May to August). If weather conditions are considered unsuitable or dangerous, certain pitches may be cancelled. Details of which may be obtained from our information service, every Friday from 11.00am by telephoning the contact number (See Contact Details). If games have been cancelled a suitable alternative booking will be offered towards the end of the season

If your club propose to run more than one team, a separate application form must be filled in for each team and returned to the Sports and Recreation Office.

Cancellations should be made up to 24 hours prior to the game to claim a full refund.
