• A members club operates here offering a full tournament list and clubhouse facilities.  For further inforation call 1977 604215. 
• Weekend Tee off times should ideally be booked in advance. 
• Golf lessons can be arranged by telephoning the golf professional at the City of Wakefield golf course on 01924 360282. 
• A golf shop offering a selected range of equipment for sale or hire.

Membership

• New members welcome.
• Season tickets available from 1 April 2011 (Note: season tickets are being issued for a three month period ending on 30 June until the future of the course has been determined.)

Dress code  

Whitwood Golf Course does implement a relaxed dress code which consists of: 

• Trousers or smart jeans 
• Shirts must have collars and sleeves (no vests allowed 
• Recognised golf shoes would be preferred 
• Smart fitted shorts (no cycling shorts or highly decorated bermuda shorts)
• Staff can reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone dressed inappropriately.
