Five different typefaces on this advert and they forgot to spellcheck it!  

They are obviously hoping that all the speechmaking and hymn singing will result in sore throats for many of the delegates.   "3d per oz" is not code. It means the pastilles cost three pence for an ounce (approximately 1.5p for 28 grams).
