Woolley Hall is an unspoilt traditional Yorkshire Country House which stands in the privacy of over 20 acres of lush parkland and formal Italian gardens. It was rebuilt in the mid 17th Century, and altered and extended over the following 150 years as it continued to develop as a family home for the Wentworth family.
The Hall is situated in a small rural village, which is easily accessible from the M1 and M62 motorways. By train, there is an hourly high speed service between Wakefield and London, and a local bus service passes the gates of the Hall.
We have a long tradition of friendly, personal service, and we pride ourselves in our flexible approach and attention to detail. The Hall provides a full range of conference facilities which cater for all needs. These include a well-appointed hall with seating for up to 150, along with numerous conference rooms for small groups of between 5 and 80 delegates. All rooms are equipped with flip charts and overhead projectors, and the latest audio visual equipment is available on request.
Woolley Hall is also the perfect setting for your Wedding and Reception as it stands in over 20 acres of lush parkland and formal Italian gardens, ideal for your photographs.
If you are looking for a first class environment in which to hold your conference, wedding or function you need look no further than Woolley Hall.
