Hi I’m Grace Dobson and I am here to get your votes so I can represent you in the UK Youth Parliament. I am the ideal candidate because I have a caring and compassionate nature, shown through my commitment to charities such as RLNI and Age UK where I stand as a dignity champion.
Not only this I am currently fund raising for a visit to help third world villages and schools in Nepal. I believe that everyone can make a difference and my goal is to not only make a small difference in the world but to make a big difference to you. My focus is to help you be who you want to be, by promoting different activities outside of school.
Yes its great we have sports clubs and choirs but what about those of us whose hobbies lay outside this area? Some people might like to learn handy crafts, some might like to learn the skills of photography or DJ-ing, some of you may even enjoy self-defence or maybe a bit of cake decorating, who knows?
Becoming a news reporter, a hair stylist, or possibly even a surgeon, whatever it is you want to do in the future, it is my aim to give you the knowledge of your chosen job not only through these activities but also by inviting employees to give advice on the different aspects of their career.
