The Asset Management Plan sets out how the Council will implement its Asset Management Strategy to ensure that our land and property assets are used effectively and efficiently and contributes fully to delivering quality services to our citizens.
 
The 2011-2016 Asset Management Plan sets out how the Council's property portfolio will contribute to the Council's main aims/key priorities identified in the Corporate Plan 2011-2014 and shows how our approach to managing land and property assets fits within the Council's planning framework to ensure that they contribute to the achievement of corporate priorities.
