Working for you - the Council's Corporate Plan 2009-12
Our refreshed Corporate Plan is the Council's key strategic planning document. The Plan states our vision and values as a Council and sets out the areas we will be focusing on in the next three years to improve lives, wellbeing and opportunities for local people and communities.
The Plan also sets out the 16 priorities (Corporate Improvement Priorities) we are focusing on between now and 2012. These priorities confirm the key areas for improvement and set out the actions we will take and the measures we will use to test our success. These improvement priorities will guide how we allocate our resources and how we work as a Council and with partners.
