Mystery Shopping Programme

The aim of the Mystery Shopping Programme is to assess the extent to which Wakefield Council is delivering improved customer care and improved services to citizens.

The programme provides a clear picture of:

  • Citizens’ experiences when contacting Wakefield Council (telephone, face to face, email, letter and via the website)
  • Performance levels of services against our corporate customer care standards
  • How Wakefield Council performs when compared to other councils
