Electoral Administration Act 2006
Notice of Review of Polling Districts, Polling Places and Polling Stations
In accordance with the provisions of the Representation of the People Act 1983 and Section 16 of the Electoral Administration Act 2006 the Council must undertake a review of the polling districts and polling places within its area every four years. The latest such review was completed during 2011.
Any boundary changes identified as part of the review will take effect from 1 December 2011, the date of the publication of the revised Register of Electors 2012.
