Customer First Employee Recognition Scheme

Would you like to nominate a Council employee for a Customer First Award?

Wakefield Council is committed to offering and improving good customer service and is launching a pilot award scheme to recognise employees who go “above and beyond” when delivering services to citizens.

Council employees in Culture and Sport are taking part in a trial of the scheme from October 2007 to March 2008 and if successful, the award will be rolled out across the council.

You can nominate employees who work in:

  • Libraries
  • Museums, Castles and Galleries
  • Sports centres, sport coaching and swimming pools
  • Wakefield Council Contact Centre
  • Wakefield Tourist Information Centre

If you would like to nominate an employee for an award you can pick up a nomination form at your local library, museum or sport centre and from Wakefield Tourist Information Centre ... or you can fill in an online form below.
