Would you like to nominate a Council employee for a Customer First Award?
Wakefield Council is committed to offering and improving good customer service and is launching a pilot award scheme to recognise employees who go “above and beyond” when delivering services to citizens.
Council employees in Culture and Sport are taking part in a trial of the scheme from October 2007 to March 2008 and if successful, the award will be rolled out across the council.
You can nominate employees who work in:
- Libraries
- Museums, Castles and Galleries
- Sports centres, sport coaching and swimming pools
- Wakefield Council Contact Centre
- Wakefield Tourist Information Centre
