Maureen was re-elected in June 2004, having previously represented Wakefield Rural (1996-2000).
Educated at Manygates Secondary Modern School and Wakefield Technical College, Maureen has also gained many qualifications through Adult Education, including Computer Studies and Computer Science.
Maureen works part-time as Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer for Woolley Parish Council. Maureen is committed to the excellent works done by all Parish Councils throughout the District.
