How to make a complaint

You can make a complaint online to the Council.

Call us

If you would prefer to speak to somebody in person, you can call our Customer Relations Team.

Write

Alternatively you can put your complaint in writing, by printing and completing the 'Make a complaint form' available in 'Downloads'.

Resolving your complaint

Where possible we will try to sort out your concerns quickly over the phone or in an email. If not you will receive a written reply within 10 working days.

Some complaints and appeals are not dealt with by our Customer Relations Team. These are processed differently for legal reasons. If this is the case, our Customer Relations Officer will advise you on who can help. Further information is also available below:
