Face to face Visit our office and talk to one of our complaints officers.  Come to the Town Hall reception and ask for the Complaints team.

If you are unable to contact us using any of the above, we are also happy to come and see you.

Anonymity
We do not need to know who you are to receive your comments and take appropriate action.  You do not need to leave your personal details but should you choose to remain anonymous, we will not be able to contact you to let you know the outcome of your request or complaint.

All personal data received is treated with the utmost confidence and in line with the limits of the Data Protection Act 1998.
