Looking at graphsWakefield Council uses feedback from customers to determine how services are delivered.   Your comments, complaints and compliments shape how we move forward not only in developing policies but also improving services. 

We collate and analyse customer feedback on a monthly basis.  This information is used to:  

  • Identify areas of dissatisfaction within services
  • Highlight the areas for service improvement
  • Monitor the success of service improvements base on number of complaints received
  • Produce a monthly statistical report
  • Number of complaints received
