Social Services

We cannot investigate complaints about social services because they must be dealt with under a separate procedure by law.  So for these complaints, please contact Family Services via the Social Care Complaints link.

Schools

We only deal with complaints about school admissions following an appeal and general education policy.  In these cases, you should contact the Complaints team via the Contact us page.

Schools are not managed by the Council.  If you have a complaint about a school, you should contact the school directly.  If you need more help with this, please phone 01924 302840.

Complaints about Councillors
