We offered an average of 25 daily half hourly appointments.
98% of our customers were seen within 10 minutes of their appointment time or arrival, 84.5% of these were seen on time or before their appointment time!
2% (9) of our customers were seen without an appointment.
6% (27) of our customers failed to turn up for their appointment.
3% (13) of our customers arrived late for their appointments. Although we try our best to see these customers straight away, this often has a knock on effect for the customers who follow.
We responded to all written and telephone requests for certificates of birth, death, marriage or civil partnership within the Authority’s target of 10 working days. All of these requests were responded to fully within 2 working days.
100% of Email correspondence was responded to by the next working day.
100% of requests for a single certificate made in person to our Reception staff were completed within 30 minutes.
