The Registration Service believes in putting its customers first and it is our intention to be sensitive to the needs of our customers at all times. Our Customer Contract explains the services we provide and the standard you can expect to receive. We call these standards our Service Commitments. It also tells you how you can comment on our service and what action you can take if we fail to meet our Service Commitments.
