Wakefield Council may monitor the following activities for safety and good practice but does not formally regulate them.

You will therefore not need to register or apply for a licence to carry out the following activities within Wakefield district.

  • Auction Houses
  • Boat Hire
  • Busking
  • Hairdresser
  • Hypnotism
  • Massage  
  • Second Hand Dealers
