Safer Food Better Business
Do you run a catering business? Did you know that you must be able to show what you do to make food safe to eat and to have this written down. The Food Standards Agency has developed a pack for small catering businesses called Safer Food, Better Business (SFBB).
Wakefield Councils Health Development Unit can help you comply with the law. We can provide you with the ‘Safer Food Better Business’ pack free of charge.
We can also offer coaching to help you complete the pack. This is a maximum of 3 hours* of one to one coaching at your premises for only £55 +VAT (* Over a maximum of 2 visits).
