Workplace complaints

The team will also respond to workplace complaints from members of the public and employees. The kind of complaints the section deals with can be to do with workplace conditions i.e. unsafe working practices or poor standards of health and safety. In addition we also deal with general welfare issues such as provision of rest rooms, sanitary facilities, working time etc.

The identity of a complainant will be treated as confidential and will not be revealed to an employer.
