The team provides a consultation service for a variety of agencies with regards Health and Safety matters.

For example, we act as a consultee when applications are made to the licensing section for the registering of certain activities e.g. the licensing of premises for the purposes of:-

• tattooing,
• ear piercing,
• electrolysis,
• public entertainment,
• sex establishments,
• late night refreshment houses
• cinemas.

The purpose of this is to ensure that registered activities are regularly inspected and that they achieve the required standard for that type of activity.
