In a domestic emergency...
Dial 999 and say what service you require: Police, Fire or Ambulance.
Only ever dial this number if there's a crime in progress or there's danger to life.
Non-Emergency Number
Telephone 101 for non-emergencies where Police attendance is required, to report a crime or to report other incidents.

Gas emergencies and for reporting leaks: 0800 111 999
In case of a gas emergency or leak, don't create a flame or operate electrical switches. Do put out flames, open doors and windows, keep people away from the area and turn the gas off at the control valve.
