The service is FREE to all comers and the advice given is totally confidential. The CAB can help on all topics including: money and debt, the benefit system, disability issues, employment, consumer problems, housing and homelessness, relationship problems and family matters, immigration, and legal issues. Ring 0844 499 4138 for advice and to book an appointment
Consumer Direct
Consumer Direct is a telephone and online advice and information service for consumers, supported by West Yorkshire Trading Standards and the Department of Trade and Industry. Visit the website or ring the helpline - 08454 04 05 06 - for clear, practical consumer advice. The helpline is available from 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
