Ofcom (Office of Communications)
Ofcom is the regulator for the UK communications industries, with responsibilities across television, radio, telecommunications and wireless communications services. This is the place to go if you have a complaint or query about anything connected with communications.
Energy Ombudsman
Independent and free service set up to sort out disagreements between gas and electricity companies (energy companies) and their domestic and small business customers.
Ofwat
Ofwat is the regulator for the water and sewerage industry in England and Wales.
Financial Ombudsman Service
The Financial Ombudsman Service provides consumers with a free, independent service for resolving disputes with financial firms such as banks, building societies, financial advisers, friendly societies, credit unions, insurance companies, investment firms, stockbrokers, or unit trust companies.
